Two different TAPS stories?

When I first came across my version of Taps I had no reason to doubt its accuracy. Then after cruising around on the web, I came across another version of Taps.

The source of mine was a reprint of The Jewish Press February 10, 1995 And their source for the story is Doug Storer's "Encylopedia of Amazing But True Facts".

The other story I came across has some very good sources which leads me to believe that this story is in fact true.

True or not, I still like mine, and you can see it by clicking here

You can see the other story I found by clicking here.
